Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Juniper & Co.! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.

PROCESSING TIME

All in-stock items are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

Please note:

  •   processing time is SEPARATE from shipping time!
  • during launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking information once your order ships!

PREORDER ITEMS

Preorder items are clearly marked on the listing. 

  • estimated ship dates are provided to the best of our ability based on current production timelines
  • preorder ship dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • if your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated

If you'd like your in-stock items before your preorder items are available to ship, please send us a message at info@shopjuniperco.us so that we can coordinate that for you! If the dates are going to be close, we try to wait, but if they would be far apart, we try to ship separately so you can enjoy your other pieces while you wait. <3

We are happy to provide regular updates on preorder timelines, and you are always welcome to reach out to us for a status check at any time! We respond within 24 hours. 

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We currently only ship within the United States. 

Estimated delivery times after processing are 2-7 business days for most carriers and 1-3 business days for express shipping. We use a variety of carriers, depending on which will get your items to you the fastest at the best price. We generally try to stick with USPS or UPS, but FedEx may be used in the event they are more efficient for the period. Tracking is always provided! 

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any transit delays on behalf of the carrier!

FREE SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes). 

Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery in Greenwood, AR and surrounding areas. Local delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout! Juniper & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your address was entered incorrectly, please notify us as soon as possible by reaching out to info@shopjuniperco.us with the subject URGENT SHIPPING. If we haven't shipped the order yet, we will correct it!

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Juniper & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. 

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • please check with neighbors or household members
  • contact your local post office if they delivered or the carrier

We are happy to assist with filing a claim with the carrier, if needed!

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopjuniperco.us with photos of the damage so we can assist you!
