What is Juniper & Co.?

Juniper & Co., LLC is a small-batch women's clothing e-boutique, inspired by boho-chic charm and feminine individuality. We carry limited stock of each style for sustainability and to promote uniqueness for our customers! We are family-owned and operated in Greenwood, Arkansas, and ran by a busy mama of a complex needs baby. This little dream allows me to care for my child and do what I love, so when you shop with us, you support that dream and a real, little family. Thank you for being here!

What is the return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery!

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right!

Will items be restocked?

Most of our pieces are small-batch and limited, so once they are gone, they are usually gone! If you'd like to check the stocking status of a specific item, just message us on Facebook, Instagram, or email at info@shopjuniperco.us!

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase!

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically fall within 3-5 business days after being shipped. We are not responsible for delays once the package has left our facility!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $6 for orders up to $49.99. Express shipping is $15. Free standard shipping is available for orders $50 and up! We also offer free local delivery around Greenwood & Paris Arkansas.

Jewelry Information

Our gemstone bracelets are handmade by us, as well as a few other jewelry items. We source our beads from genuine, high-quality traders and all pieces are detailed appropriately in the listings.

For ultimate longevity, please keep these things in mind:

Put jewelry on AFTER all lotions and perfumes
Avoid wearing in lakes, pools, oceans, etc.
Store in a dry environment out of direct sunlight
Roll any stretch bracelets on and off to prevent stretching the cord out too much
