RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY

We want you to LOVE your purchase! Because we are a small, online-only boutique ran by a little family, we kindly ask that you review ALL product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before ordering.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • be free of stains, odors (good or bad), and damage
  • have tags still attached, if applicable

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email/your account! You can always reach us at info@shopjuniperco.us for any questions or concerns. We are here for YOU!

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card, and funds do not expire. Refunds to the original form of payment are not offered.

FIT & SIZING

Fit can vary by style, fabric, and personal preference. We do our best to provide accurate sizing details, fabric content, and fit notes to help you choose confidently! Items returned due to fit or preference are eligible for store credit only if they meet return requirements. If you have more questions about an item or how it may compare to another brand, reach out to us at info@shopjuniperco.us! We actually have our inventory on hand (except preorders!) and may can help you decide!

SHIPPING & DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopjuniperco.us with photos so we can make it right!
